Our Test Shoot

 Here is out edited test shoot, which we tried to create as accurately as we could to what our music video could potentially look like. We used our timeline, as a resource to follow and tried different arrangements of the band and what it might look like when destroying and ripping up things, mostly to capture the aimed tone, and test our ideas.

Call Sheet

 Here is a blacked-out version of our call sheet, which we created in order to have our cast's contact information on the shoot day. This means no matter what, we can remain organized and in contact in case anything happens, this sheet aids in not only the health and safety but also our time management and efficiency.

Our test shoot- Plan

 We planned our test shoot for the week, we messaged our group on the chat we created using Whatsapp and let them know a few days in advance that we had planned a test shoot with them for Monday, and told them to wear outfits which they think fit the theme and genre of our piece, which meant they showed up wearing leather, fish-net tights, etc. All of this from their own closet. This gave us a good idea of what we liked to see each band member in, and allowed the band members themselves to have another chance to get to know each other and build some personal dynamics. 

We booked the armadillo room 4 days in advance and let the band know early so they could have time to listen to the song again over the weekend and re-fresh on the lyrics or chords. We planned to split the work, since I was unable to attend the shoot itself, I planned to edit the shoot together while the rest of the team would film and direct the band on that Monday. 

We put together a timeline and planned to shoot according to this, so when we look back on it, it would look similar to the actual video. This will give us a good idea of what works and what doesn't, and what we really like, depending on the outcome.

Our Storyboard- Final

 This is our final storyboard which we created together in order to have a better idea of where and how everything would look on the shooting day. My production crew and I drew and wrote a description of each shot within the plan in order to create a clear idea which we could all picture and work together to create when it comes to our shooting day. Back-up Cast

 Due to the recent complications which the global pandemic has provided, we needed to plan ahead in case someone is unexpectedly absent due to abrupt isolations or testing. This is especially vital since our school has recently had a covid "outbreak", and we're conscious of the possible spread and complications. 

Although, ideally we should have our planned cast, here's our backup cast:
